Our experience with Maggie, Eileen, Shania, and the rest of their team was phenomenal. They were friendly, willing to work with our weird availability, held our hand through all of the challenging parts.. We were in search for a home in South Carolina and was referred to Maggie LeBlanc by our Agent in New York. It was such a pleasure to meet Maggie who guided us to a specific home we saw on line. Since it was our first home we viewed in SC, we decided to look into more houses and Maggie connected us with Laura Munn. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Laura Munn. We were moving from New York to South Carolina without knowing anyone. From the very start, Laura’s demeanor and personality made us feel as though she had our backs and best interest that we trusted her immediately! Her attentiveness to detail is amazing, where you could see she made notes of all our concerns on the homes we were looking at and then-some. Even though we had interest in a brand-new home being built, you could tell Laura could read us and still continued to search. Long story short, within the very short time frame of our visit, Laura informed us she had a house that was put on the market that she believed had everything we were looking for and wanted us to see it.
